Description

Congratulations on receiving an offer in your chosen course. Your next step is to accept your offer and enrol. To accept your offer and enrol, you must attend the Enrolment Day.

What happens on the day?
  • Offer Acceptance
  • Obtain your Student ID card and Computer account
  • Meet the Academic and Enrolments staff members, and receive: advice regarding your choice of Units, and enrolment instructions.
  • Guided Tour of the Campus
  • Unit enrolments and Timetabling
What to bring on the day?

To ensure the smooth processing of your Offer Acceptance and Enrolment, please bring the following items with you:

  • Your Offer Letter
  • Completed Application Form (VTAC students)
  • Completed Offer Acceptance Form (Non VTAC students)
  • Citizenship Certificate, Passport, or Birth Certificate
  • Completed Request for FEE-HELP Assistance Form (Non VTAC students who have received this form)
  • Tax File Number (TFN) (if you are applying for FEE-HELP and have not received a Request for FEE-HELP Assistance Form)
  • Original or certified copies of your academic results and certificates
  • Course structure and unit syllabus from previous studies (if you wish to apply for credit transfer)
  • Any other documents listed on your offer (if you received a conditional offer)
What if I cannot attend?

If you are unable to attend Enrolment Day, you must contact the Admissions and Enrolments team to receive instructions about late enrolments.

After Enrolments is Orientation Week

The Orientation program is held before each semester. Orientation is a fun way to find out what to expect, what is available, how to enjoy, and how to succeed. Your attendance is absolutely essential for you to make the best possible start to life at MIT.

There will be plenty of opportunity to relax, have fun, and meet other students. You might even make some lifelong friends.
