2. Download and complete the Application Form

3. Attach the following Documents with your Application Form:
- Passport size photograph attached on your application form
- English Proficiency documents e.g. IELTS (International English Language Testing System) , TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) score
- Certified copies of your academic documents
- Work Experience Certificate (if available)
If you are applying for Credit Transfer, you must submit Credit Transfer Application Form including official copies of your academic transcript, course structure and syllabus from previous studies.
Note: We advise offshore students from Assessment Levels 3, 4 & 5 countries to apply through MIT appoved Education Agents in their home country.
