For many reasons I think that MIT is a great place to study, it is a friendly environment where the staff supports you academically and personally. You also get to meet a whole heap of people, as in my case, I found a friend who is now my best friend ever, and the other good thing is that MIT is located in the Melbourne City and therefore it is easy to access and easy to get to the Melbourne shops and cafés.
