This is a Free of Charge service providing employers with a professional, prompt and time saving staffing solution. At the same time it provides opportunities for MIT students and graduates to develop invaluable on-the-job experience.

As you are aware it is a candidate tight market and finding the right person to fill your vacancy can be a long, costly and time consuming exercise. We can take the hassle out of the equation. Let us advertise, screen and short list candidates, then co-ordinate the interviews for you. It couldn't be simpler.

Advertise your vacancy on our MIT Student Website. Promote your company and vacancies on campus – we are able to advertise all vacancies online via the student website, also email vacancies to students. Confidentiality is assured. Students/Graduates must liaise via MITRA.

Tap into our Talented pool of students by Hosting a Student Forum. Breakfast, lunchtime or straight after work, we can arrange a time that works for you. Anytime of the year. These forums are a direct way to let students know about your organisation. Your presentation could include: overview of roles, career paths, what a new employee can expect on-the-job, what is a typical day, duties involved, remuneration details. There will also be time for you to speak to students about your organisation and its recruitment process.  

Attend Networking Breakfasts to meet potential staff – an exciting way to meet with MIT students and Graduates in one place! Networking Breakfasts will provide you with the ideal environment to assess our students/graduates communication skills and suitability to your organisation. This is a fabulous way to meet with, and get to know our students and graduates in a relaxed yet professional environment. No pressure and no commitment to hire.
