This course consists of printed materials, computer-based learning classes (2 hours) library access, and excursions

Course outcomes

At the end of the course students would have:

  • developed ways to check and understand meaning in a conversation
  • developed and practised ways of analysing reading texts
  • written academic texts
  • learnt how to write an argumentative essay
  • learned how to make effective oral presentations
  • analysed graphs and write summaries
  • done IELTS practise tests
  • written a report
  • designed analysed questionnaires
  • done a research on a chosen subject and presented it to your teacher
  • read through and analysed newspapers reports
