Terms and conditions of enrolment for the University of Ballarat students studying at MIT Melbourne campus and the Refund Policy are outlined in the application form. These terms and conditions apply to all students studying a University of Ballarat program at MIT.

Application and Enrolment Procedures

Check that you have:

Completed all sections of the application form

Read and understood the Terms and Conditions of Enrolment and the Refund Policy.

Attached two passport size photographs

Attached certified copies of all academic transcripts, awards and English language proficiency results

Attached a certified copy of the pages of your passport bearing your signature and personal details
