Your next step is to Enrol
As a new student, you are required to enrol to officially commence your study at MIT. To enrol in your units of study, you must attend the Enrolment Day specified below:
Domestic Student Enrolment Day
Date/Time: Monday 15 February 2010, 10:00am – 3:30pm
Location: Melbourne campus: 388 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne
What happens on the day?
- Obtain your Student ID card and Computer account
- Meet the Academic and Enrolments staff members, and receive: advice regarding your choice of Units, and enrolment instructions.
- Unit enrolments and Timetabling
What to bring on the day?
- Your MIT offer letter
- Photo ID
- Documents listed on your offer, if you received a conditional offer
- Original or certified copies of your academic transcripts, course structure and unit syllabus from previous studies, if you wish to apply for credit transfer
- Tax File Number (TFN), if you are applying for FEE-HELP and have not applied previously
What if I cannot attend?
If you are unable to attend Enrolment Day, you must contact the Admissions and Enrolments team to receive instructions about late enrolments.
After Enrolment is Orientation
The Orientation program is held before each semester. The program provides you with an overview of campus facilities, resources, services and support available to you. It also provides you with vital information about your course of study. The program includes games and recreational activities and gives you the opportunity to meet other students and make new friends.
