Bio


Dr Parves served in academic and leadership positions, including Academic Director/Dean, Director (Research), Head of Marketing Discipline and Head of Programs/Courses at Australian Universities and Higher Education Institutions. He is experienced in leading, managing people and overseeing institutional activities, including quality assessment and enhancement, accreditation, and growth. Dr Parves received many teaching, research, and academic excellence awards. He has expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods and data analysis, including survey design and statistical modelling. His research interests include behavioural sciences, customer experience, attitude–behaviour, marketing, CSR, firm performance and internationalisation, higher education, quality and performance measurement, branding, and SDGs relating to health, education and the environment.
