Sydney has a sunny climate with mild winters and warm summers. During summer, average temperatures range from 18.6-25.8ºC. In winter, average temperatures drop between 8.8-17ºC.

The weather in Sydney can be hot in Summer and sometimes verges on the tropical, with high humidity. Winter is mild.

Transport

Public transport is by ferry, train and bus, and MIT Sydney Campus is situated next to one of the central railway and bus hubs, Town Hall. Sydneysiders will tell you that the best way to see the harbour is to catch one of the commuter ferries from Circular Quay.
