Monica began her academic journey in 2009 as an Associate Lecturer, steadily ascending through various roles that showcased her commitment and expertise. For the past five years, she has served as Deputy Director for MBA Programs at SP Jain School of Global Management, where she has been instrumental in shaping the academic and professional development of future business leaders.
Monica honed her skills and knowledge in multinational corporations specializing in data analytics and business intelligence, including notable positions at McAfee and Honeywell, where she gained valuable corporate technical experience. With over a decade of dedicated service in academia, Monica has become a cornerstone as both an administrator and esteemed core faculty member. Her expertise spans diverse areas such as Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Marketing and Business Research, and Microeconomics.
