Bio


Damian is the Academic Manager of the Centre of Learning at the Melbourne Institute of Technology, where he leads academic support initiatives that enhance student outcomes and strengthen teaching and supervisory practices across undergraduate and postgraduate programs. His work includes developing learning resources, delivering targeted workshops, and supporting HDR supervisors with tools to guide students through research design, academic writing, and skill development.

With a strong background in ELICOS program management, curriculum development, and academic advisory roles, Damian brings a comprehensive understanding of both student and institutional needs. He has successfully overseen compliance and accreditation processes, designed interactive learning environments, and implemented strategies that promote equitable access and sustained academic engagement. Damian’s leadership is informed by a commitment to educational quality, inclusivity, and student success.
