Dr. Rajan Kadel is a seasoned academic and telecommunications expert with over two decades of professional experience in both academic and industrial domains. As an Associate Professor and Course Coordinator at the Melbourne Institute of Technology (MIT), he has demonstrated exemplary leadership and expertise in course design, accreditation, and coordination. His contributions extend to governance committees, research, and student-centric teaching methods, earning him recognition through accolades such as the MIT Teaching Excellence Award.
