Bio

Senior Lecturer / MBR Course Coordinator in the School of Business at Melbourne Institute of Technology, drawing on over 25 years of entrepreneurial and technology leadership across Asia and Australia. I focus on helping students connect academic concepts with real-world practice through reflective learning, structured guidance, and industry-informed teaching.

Before transitioning into academia full-time, I founded and led multiple ventures in digital transformation, fintech, and enterprise solutions. This background continues to shape my approach to teaching, supervision, and curriculum design, particularly in areas where business and technology intersect.

I also lead a research cluster focused on SME digital transformation and exponential organisations, supporting both staff and students in developing strong research capability. I am committed to developing capable, ethical, and industry-ready graduates while contributing to a collaborative academic environment.
