Bio
Dr. Hong Hoa Pham commenced her professional career in marketing with multinational corporations before transitioning into academia. She has held a range of senior leadership roles across the education sector in both higher education and secondary schooling, including at Scotch Australian Grammar School (AGS) Vietnam, RMIT University Vietnam, and Vietnam National University (VNU). Her leadership experience includes serving as Academic Director at Scotch AGS, Course Coordinator at RMIT Vietnam, and Deputy Dean at the School of Business, International University - VNU. Through these roles, she has developed extensive expertise in international academic partnerships, project management, curriculum design, and academic quality assurance.
Hong has more than 14 years of teaching experience across undergraduate and postgraduate programs at institutions such as RMIT University, Western Sydney University, and the University of the West of England (UWE Bristol). Her teaching areas include Strategic Management, Global Marketing, and Research Methods. She adopts a pedagogical approach that integrates academic theory with industry practice, enabling students to develop both conceptual understanding and practical skills.
In addition to her teaching and leadership contributions, Hong is an active member of the academic community, serving as a regular reviewer for several international journals and conferences, including Emerging Market Case Studies (EMCS), the Asia Pacific Journal of Tourism Research, and the American Marketing Association (AMS).
