The theme for this year Men’s health week is Healthy Habits. Starting from 19th June 2023, the MIT Sydney Counsellors will be going around campus to give out a template to students to jot down the habit that they hope to develop within 30 days! Treat this as a challenge for yourself and start living healthily! Good luck!
