On Wednesday, 13th September, the MIT Sydney Counsellors and the Library Staff will be holding an RUOK? Event.

RUOK? encourages and empowers everyone to connect with different people around them and start a conversation with others who may be struggling or facing difficult situations with life.

Four steps to encourage a conversation that could change someone's life:

• Encourage actions
• Check

Join us in the Library from 1:00 – 2:00 as we make paper lanterns, design badges, make origami and practice having RUOK? Conversations!
