You don't want to miss out on MIT's exciting new adventure added to the Country to Coast destination series. Wilson's Promontory National Park ("The Prom") is a 50,000-hectare coastal wilderness at the southernmost tip of mainland Australia, roughly 3 hours from Melbourne. Famous for its dramatic granite mountains, white sandy beaches like Squeaky Beach, and abundant wildlife (wombats, kangaroos), it is a premier hiking and nature destination featuring Tidal River and Mount Oberon.

Registrations OPEN 9 am Friday 27th March 2026. All registrations close 5 pm Friday, April 17th.

If you have a scheduled class on 01/05/2026, this will make you INELIGIBLE to attend the trip, and you cannot participate.### Note there is a $20 CASH deposit required UPFRONT, payable to MIT by 5 pm Friday, 25th April 2026. Once registered and have obtained an electronic Eventbrite E-Ticket, you then pay a $20 CASH deposit on Level 2 Finance. Please show your proof of registration. This will hold your place on the trip.
