Official transcripts and testamurs are now available digitally via My eQuals
Melbourne Institute of Technology (MIT) has integrated My eQuals, a secure national digital platform that enables students and graduates to access, manage and share official academic documents online in a safe and convenient way.
Through My eQuals, eligible MIT students and alumni can view, download and securely share verified digital academic documents, including official academic transcripts and testamurs (award certificates). All documents issued via the platform are digitally certified, tamper-evident and legally recognised, allowing employers, professional bodies and other education providers to instantly verify their authenticity online.
The introduction of My eQuals represents MIT’s ongoing commitment to improving the student experience through modern, secure digital services. By moving away from paper-based documents, the platform reduces processing times, eliminates postage delays and provides graduates with immediate access to their academic records whenever and wherever they are needed.
Students and graduates can securely share their documents using controlled access links, giving them full control over who can view their information and for how long. Access can be revoked at any time, providing additional privacy and security.
Eligible students can access My eQuals via the student portal by navigating to Results & Transcripts and selecting My eQuals. From there, documents can be viewed, downloaded or shared directly with third parties.
