Ms Sherine Soliman
Sherine Soliman is a highly accomplished executive and consultant with over 20 years of leadership across MedTech, and Aged Care. As Principal Consultant at Quality Purpose Pty Ltd, she has driven strategic transformation and governance initiatives for organisations including SomnoMed, Catholic Healthcare, Uniting, and RSL Lifecare. She currently serves on the Board of IDEAS and previously contributed to quality assurance and disability advocacy as a Non-Executive Director at ASPIRE Auditing Australia.
Sherine currently serves on the Advisory Board of Thanksgiving Australia and previously held a Sessional Academic role at the University of Newcastle, where she contributed to curriculum enrichment and student learning. She also participated as a mentor in the IMNIS program, supporting emerging researchers and fostering cross-sector collaboration. Her nearly 16-year career at ResMed culminated in global Vice President roles in product development and supplier engineering. With a background in executive leadership and management consultancy, Sherine brings multidisciplinary expertise in strategy, operations, and innovation—shaping governance and fostering engagement across academic and industry settings.
