Before applying, make sure your student meets both the academic and English language requirements for their chosen course.

When submitting an application, please include:
- Certified copies of academic transcripts and completion certificates
- A copy of the bio-data page of the student’s passport
- Evidence of English language proficiency
- A copy of any previous visa (if applicable)
If the student is applying for credit transfer, also include:
- A completed Credit Transfer Application Form
- Academic transcripts and/or completion letter from their previous studies
- Unit descriptions or course syllabus for the subjects they’re seeking credit for
Document certification
As an authorised MIT agent, you’re able to certify your student’s documents before submitting them.
Step 3: Submit the application
Lodge the application using the Agent Application Portal. Make sure all required documents and information are uploaded.

Our admissions team will review the application and supporting documents. Assessment usually takes 2 to 5 working days. If the application is successful, the offer letter will be available in your Agent Application Portal.
