Join us on a day of adventure! We’ll visit Three Sisters at Katoomba in the World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains of Australia; it offers a range of experiences found nowhere else on Earth.

08:30 am: Meet n Greet Central station main hall and we get ready to travel and “Explore the Blue Mountains.”

08:55 am (SHARP): We start our journey early at Central Station (platform 5) as we take a Blue Mountain Train line to our first destination stop of Katoomba! (~$8.90)

10:49 am: Arrive at Katoomba

11:00 am: We take Bus 686 which will take us to Echo Point Lookout and Three Sisters Mountain (~$3.4)

11:16 am: Explore the Echo Point Lookout view and Three Sisters. 

12:35 pm: Take the bus back to Katoomba Train Station (~$3.4)

12:50 pm: Lunch Time – Rest and Recharge

1:30 pm: Browsing Katoomba and visit the Blue Mountains Cultural Centre (explore local art exhibitions)

3:13 pm: Take the train from Katoomba station (Platform 1) back to Central Station (~$8.90)

#Note: If you miss this train, you can catch the next train at 3:43pm, please notify me by phone if this happens.

5:17 pm – Arrive at Central Station

***IMPORTANT INFORMATION***

A $20 CASH deposit is then payable to MIT Finance on Level 7 after your register to hold your place and is due by 5pm Tuesday 9^th September 2025 (which will be returned to you on the day). Your registration will be automatically cancelled if the deposit is not paid by the deadline.

Each student will have to ensure they have this amount ($25) added to their Opal card to cover the cost of the return trip prior to the day’s journey as we MUST leave right on time from Central Station at 08.55am. Other costs i.e. drinks, food, souvenirs are at each participant’s expense.

This event might be cancelled or reschedule due to the weather condition and insufficient participants
