At other universities, where there can be a couple of hundred students in a unit, so it’s harder to speak to your lecturer. MIT has smaller class sizes, which gives more opportunities for discussion. I’ve been really enjoying the interaction with my lecturers.
I’m a really visual learner. I find discussion forums and talking to people face to face online has been really helpful and enjoyable. It’s as hands-on as you can get.
I chose MIT because they focus on degrees for jobs that will be available in the future. I love the range of things you can do with digital marketing - from designing websites to helping a business build its online presence. There are tons of opportunities.
