    On Thursday 20th of April 2023 at 1:00 pm, the MIT Sydney Counsellors will be hosting an RUOK? event at Level 1.

    RUOK? encourages and empowers everyone to connect with different people around them and start a conversation with others who may be struggling or facing difficult situations with life.

    Four steps to encourage a conversation that could change someone's life:

    • Ask RUOK?
    • Listen
    • Encourage actions
    • Check

     

    Join the MIT Sydney Counsellors on Level 1 as we design badges and play a fun game of Jenga (with some secret prompts on the blocks!) and make sure you wear yellow and show your support for this cause.
