    Life as a student can be overwhelming, with academic demands, pressures of part time work as well as personal challenges. To support your mental well-being and provide a much-needed break from the daily grind, the MIT Melbourne counsellors have curated a mindful colouring activity just for you.

    Why Mindfulness Colouring?

    Mindfulness Colouring is a therapeutic activity that allows you to immerse yourself in the present moment, fostering a sense of calmness and relaxation. As you focus on the intricate designs and let your creativity flow, your mind gently shifts away from stressors and distractions, promoting a meditative state of mind. It's a simple yet powerful way to reduce anxiety, boost concentration, and rejuvenate your spirit.

    Just bring yourself (and maybe some friends!) to be a part of this fun and creative activity!
